Joanna Borowik.

Joanna Borowik is a Property Valuer (licence no. 6102), who graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a M.A. degree in Finance and Banking. She has also completed postgraduate studies in the field of Real Estate Valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology and attended numerous professional training sessions to include Valuations for Lending Purposes, which was organized by the Polish Federation of Valuers Associations’ and the Polish Bank Association (ZBP).
Joanna has gained over 15 years of experience in the real estate market specializing in the field of analysis, advisory and valuation. Having completed over 1,000 valuations of properties across the country, she has an in-depth knowledge of different market segments. These include office, retail, warehouse, industrial, residential, hotel and land as well as alternative real estate investments. She was working at CBRE Valuation and Advisory Department for 13 years.
